Accounting

Major, Minor and Certificate

What will I learn?

The individualized attention you receive in the classroom and from your advisor will launch you into a successful accounting career. You will also get to hear guest speakers, attend professional conferences, get a resume review, and participate in professional development opportunities.

This class focuses on both external and internal accounting information. Topics include using and analyzing financial statements and related information for making economic decisions in today’s business world.

What can I do with an Accounting degree?

Plenty. Accounting prepares you to work in a number of industries. Take a look at the options. Or, if you've already earned your bachelor's degree but want to add credentials in accounting, you can earn a certificate in accounting through Simpson's Evening and Online program.
