Forensic Science/Biochemistry

What will I learn?

You will engage in hands-on experiences in the George Washington Carver Science Center featuring biotechnology facilities for building and using recombinant DNA, imaging systems for developmental biology and a human cadaver lab.

You will cover topics such as elements, compounds and nomenclature, reactions and stoichiometry, reactions in aqueous solution, atomic structure, bonding and molecular structure, energy in chemical reactions and an introduction to organic chemistry.
