Fly-in Program
If you’re interested in attending Simpson, we’re determined to make it possible for you to visit campus! Take advantage of this great opportunity to check out campus and experience a day in the life of a Simpson student.
Program Guidelines:
- Live 300+ miles from Simpson College.
- Reimbursement covers up to $300 of your flight – up to $150 reimbursed following your campus visit, up to $150 reimbursed upon your enrollment.
- Provide receipt of ticket purchase during your campus visit.
- Transportation to & from Des Moines International Airport is available.
Your Fly-In Visit can be customized to your interests and include the following:
- Stay overnight with a current student in a residence hall, sorority, or fraternity.
- Tour our beautiful campus.
- Have breakfast and lunch in Pfeiffer Dining Hall
- Sit in on classes in your major interest area.
- Talk one-on-one with a professor or Storm athletics coach.
- Meet with your admissions counselor .
- Attend a Storm sporting event, Theatre Simpson production, or music concert.
- Check out an event sponsored by the Campus Activities Board.
- Work out in the Cowles Athletic Center.
- Go to a movie at the local theatre within walking distance from campus or explore Indianola.
- Learn about our exciting study abroad opportunities.
