Alternative Testing Arrangements

Students who have testing accommodations will need to arrange an alternative space for testing with their professor. If it is part of the student’s accommodation plan to take tests in The Center for Academic Resources, students should communicate this to their professor and schedule a testing appointment with the Student Accessibility Service Coordinator. All tests should be sent to the Student Accessibility Services Coordinator two days prior to the scheduled testing appointment.

If the student has expressed a preference for taking the test outside the classroom in a quiet area of that building, The Center for Academic Resources will not be listed as a testing accommodation. Sound cancelling head phones and portable study carrels are available for students to use in each building as well as The Center for Academic Resources.

If you have any questions, please contact the Student Accessibility Services Coordinator.
