I’ve been a part of the Education Department faculty since 1997. My previous life experiences include teaching at the early childhood, elementary, and secondary level as well as teaching, administration, and consulting in Special Education. Currently, I teach courses on Exceptional Learners and serve as the Director of Graduate Education Programs and the Chair for Teacher Licensure and Accreditation. My research interests include students with emotional and behavioral disorders, inclusive education, and federal/state educational policy.
