I began my career as a clinical psychologist at a large medical center where I conducted research, supervised psychology interns, and treated patients hospitalized for serious psychological disorders. After a few years, I made a change and started a second career as a college professor.  I teach courses of interest to future therapists and neuroscientists such as Psychological Assessment, Abnormal Psychology, Behavioral Medicine, Learning & Motivation, and Behavioral Neuroscience.  I also supervise advanced students who complete internships in the community. My recent research is in neuroscience and I have several projects underway in our new EEG lab.
