I am an Online Learning Platforms Expert educator with a successful background providing diverse student bodies with top quality instruction, support, and development via online and classroom learning platforms. I implement  various IT tools and systems to ensure the effective delivery of information to audiences pursuing degrees and certifications.  I successfully maintained a 99% success rate with online student bodies.

I am an Online Staff Development Facilitator / Course Co-Developer.  I created and currently manage and deliver teacher development program to instructors in area education associations and universities. I provde expert evaluation of online classes and recommendations for improvements to teachers. I pioneered creation of a top quality staff development catalog that played a key role in the successful training of diverse group of instructors. I ensured the timely and successful completion of all assignments by providing student teachers with the information, tools, knowledge, and support needed to successfully complete courses. I have maintained superior levels of student motivation and satisfaction through close monitoring of individual performance, continuous group as well as individual communication, and by awarding extra credit. i have constantly  captured top performance satisfaction ratings from students. I played a key role in E2T2 grant. I was a Key speaker at national conferences and events such as Making Middle Schools Work National Convention. I was honored with Indianola Chamber of Commerce Teacher of the Year Award.  I have delivered coaching services to math teachers in the Indianola School District comprised of more than 3,600 students as well as Southeast Polk School District comprised of 6,500 students. My consulting entails implementation of best practices, evaluating classroom activities, identifying and introducing instructional improvement methods, and development. i have delivered seminars focused on curriculum strategies.
