I am a Professor of German and teach at all levels of our German program, from beginning students to study abroad courses. I have been at Simpson since 1997 and value the close interaction with students. It is my passion to take students abroad, to help them process their experiences while there and afterwards, and to see the wonderful transformations that study abroad can foster in them. I have had the good fortune to spend eight semesters abroad with students in our study abroad program in Schorndorf, Germany, where not only the students but also I have made lasting, lifetime connections.
