COSTS OF ATTENDANCE

The estimated costs for attending Simpson College for the 2015-2016 academic year from September through May are as follows:

In addition to the estimated costs above, there are other costs to consider.  Students must have health insurance or purchase health insurance through the College.

Financial assistance opportunities for international students based on either financial need or academic success are available.

Financial assistance opportunities for international students based on either financial need or academic success are limited.  The cost of medical insurance will be charged to your account unless you provide proof of adequate medical insurance coverage.  Proof of insurance should be sent to the Office of Admissions by July 1 for students applying for fall semester or by November 15 for students applying for spring semester.  You will need to arrange for the financing of your travel to the United States.

Upon acceptance for admission, but prior to the issue of an I-20, an enrollment deposit of $200 U.S. Currency ($100 Security deposit + $100 Matriculation fee) will be required.  When you arrive on campus for your first semester, you must have the balance of the first semester’s costs readily available for payment to the college.
