The Management Major

Business is the largest program at Simpson College, led by experienced faculty members who excel in their discipline. Students master skills of logical, consistent and creative thinking; effective communication; and responsible and confident leadership. With strong evening and weekend schedules, working adults find Simpson an ideal home, blending quality with convenience and affordability.

In each class, adult students and faculty with business expertise blend insights from the best writing in the field with practical, real world experience covering subjects from local entrepreneurship to international commerce. Courses in organization and behavior, business law, human resource management, small business, information systems, business statistics, and business policy help develop the careers of our students.

Where our students and graduates work
Graduates from our program are employed as consultants, division managers, human resource managers, product managers, small business owners, non-profit executives, and more.

I had a full time job during my whole time at Simpson…it was a bit of a rush…it kept me busy, but the classes are still scheduled so that you can make time for your family, your career and still get an education.
