The Business Office processes billing information received from the Registrar, Student Development and other departments and offices. The Business Office receives payments from students and others. Payments may be made by cash, check or credit card. Please see a special announcement regarding Credit Card Acceptance Policies at Simpson College.

Tuition must be paid or arrangements made with the business office prior to the start of the semester. Simpson accepts American Express, MasterCard or Discover for payment of tuition.  Purchase of textbooks and supplies can be made with Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express in the bookstore.

For delayed payment, a down payment of $50 per course is required prior to the first class session plus completion of a promissory note. No finance charges will be assessed if the balance is paid in full within 30 days of the start of class. If you have employer reimbursement, no interest will be assessed if you make full payment on the portion the employer will pay to you within 45 days from the end of the term. The balance of the bill must be paid in three (two for FASTrack) equal installments by the first day of the month. (For Fall semester, payments are due by October 1, November 1 and December 1; for Spring semester by February 1, March 1 and April 1.) A finance charge of 1.5 percent per month (18 percent APR) will be assessed on the unpaid balance remaining as of the last day of each month.
