Continuing & Graduate Programs at Simpson College are designed to be convenient and flexible for working adults. Courses are offered in a variety of formats and can be taken at any of our three campuses in Ankeny, Indianola and West Des Moines in a “mix and match” schedule.

Graduate programs, as well as undergraduate degrees, teaching endorsements, certificates and specializations are offered through Simpson’s Continuing & Graduate Programs.

Classes meet one night a week for 16 weeks. Each year includes two semesters.

Classes meet one night a week for 8 weeks. Four FASTrack terms are offered each year.

Saturday FASTrack
Classes meet every other Saturday for 16 weeks, or a total of 8 class sessions. The remainder of class time is completed online. All Saturday classes take place in West Des Moines.

Simpson offers a variety of class options in the summer including face-to-face and online courses. Depending on the course, classes meet 8-12 weeks.

All Continuing & Graduate courses incorporate a combination of face-to-face and online instruction. Most students enroll in 1-2 courses at a time equaling 4-8 credits. Students may take as many as 12 credits at one time.
