Budget and Liaison Committee

The Budget and Liaison Committee serves as a liaison between the faculty and the college administration in matters related to the institutional budget and its effect on academic excellence by collecting and communicating relevant budgetary and financial information to the faculty while representing the faculty’s voice in the budget development process; or, as directed by the faculty for other issues which may arise that are not within the jurisdiction of other faculty committees.

Membership:

Two faculty members from each of the ranks of full, associate, assistant and instructor positions, to be elected for two-year terms in alternate years, by rank

The chairperson is elected by the faculty from among tenured faculty members, and serves as a member of the committee in the appropriate rank. The chairperson is one of the representatives of the faculty to the Board of Trustees.
