Seminary Students: Dr. W.B. Small Grants available for fill-time seminary students working on their Masters of Divinity who have an Iowa connection. For an application and complete details go to www.wbsmalltrust.org. The scholarship money can be used for seminary related expenses, including tuition, books, gas, childcare, etc.

 

Teacher Education and Compensation Helps Scholarship Program is available for students who are enrolled at least on a part-time basis while they continue to provide child care and preschool   in the local area.  For complete details and application go to:  www.iowaaeyc.org .

 

Psychology Scholarship: This scholarship is open to U.S based students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree specifically in the areas of Psychology, Counseling, Therapy or Social Work. 2 year college students enrolled in an undergraduate level program next year are also eligible to receive the scholarship. B. Davis Scholarship: This $1,000 scholarship is open to high school juniors, seniors or those currently enrolled in college.  There is no age restriction.  It is not an academic scholarship so no transcripts or letters of recommendation are required at this time.  The deadline for applications is May 23, 2016. Abbott and Fenner Scholarship Program: Students will submit an essay on the topic that appears on the scholarship page of their website http://www.abbottandfenner.com/scholarship.htm.  A yearly winner will receive up to $1,000 and the application deadline is June 10, 2016.

James B. Morris Scholarship  The criteria necessary to apply for the scholarship is that applicants must be of minority ethnic status as defined by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and have a minimum 2.5 G.P.A.
