Graduation Applications
Applications for those planning to graduate in April, May or August 2014 are due by April 5, 2013. Please turn your completed forms and attachments into the Registrar’s office by this date. Students not turning in applications by the due date may have a registration hold placed on their account.

Please use your own degree audit for your Graduation Application
Please make certain that you print your name at the top exactly the way you want it to appear on your diploma. Also, get all of the signatures needed. You will need to get the signature of the Department Chair of any department from which you are earning each major.
You may access your degree audit online through StormFront for Students. If you do not know what your password and user id are, please contact Information Services at 515-961-1681.

Completion Dates for Graduation
Simpson College has six completion dates in the academic year. A completion date is the date used to record a student’s completion of all degree requirements.
Simpson College has two commencement ceremonies- one after the fall term and one after the spring term. Qualified students may select which commencement ceremony to participate in, but cannot participate in both.
