|Macintosh Desktop or NotebookAny current model of Macintosh notebook or desktop computer Apple is offering or one purchased as a new computer since 2011.
Mac OS 10.8.X or greater
Processor: Intel Core i5 or greater
Memory: 4 GB of RAM or more (8 GB or greater recommended)
Storage: Dependent upon how the computer is used or if you desire to use Boot Camp (the ability to run Windows on a Macintosh) consider a greater amount of internal storage.
We also recommend an external hard drive to use for backups of the system using Time Machine.
It is important to know that the current Macintosh product line (with the exception of the base 13″ MacBook Pro non-retina display model, 27″ iMacs and the Mac Pro) memory is not upgradable and future use of the system should be considered when purchasing your system. Storage in some current Macs is upgradable with 3rd party solutions, however, consider your future storage needs when initially purchasing your Macintosh laptop. |Windows Desktop or NotebookAny recent model of computer with Windows 7 or newer is recommended. Please ensure wireless capabilities exist on any laptop or portable device.
Microsoft Windows 7
We recommend having an external storage device to back up your data.
