Hamilton House, previously The Pines and purchased by the college in 1986, now contains 11 apartments, each housing four upperclassmen. Each apartment is carpeted and fully furnished, and consists of a kitchen, bathroom, living area and two bedrooms. It was named in honor of former president William E. Hamilton (1886-1889, the first of five times he served).
