The Theta Lambda chapter of LXA was established at Simpson in 1924. It is housed in a suite-style residence hall for 42 men; it was built in 1963. Each set of two rooms in the residence shares a bathroom, and all of the rooms are doubles. LXA has a kitchen and dining room for members, a computer room, a lounge and study room, and laundry facilities on the lower level.
