Student Support Services Receives $1.15 Million Grant

SSS grant competitions occur every five years and in each cycle of funding, the U.S. Department of Education receives more applications than it can fund, and the competition is fierce. Day Six: A Wonderful Week of Discovery Comes to a Close

Tech Trek is a national program sponsored by AAUW chapters and spans from Washington state to New Jersey. The camp originated in California in 1998 and has expanded to 21 camps across 10 states. In 2015, AAUW announced three new camps to be partially sponsored by a national grant, and Indianola was chosen as the first in the Midwest. More…
