Simpson Debate Duo Finishes Second in State Contest

After advancing through three preliminary rounds, the Simpson team finished as the runner-up to the championship team from the University of Iowa. Other schools competing included Drake University, Iowa State University, the University of Northern Iowa and Grinnell College. More…

Speech and Debate Team Enjoys Best Weekend of the Season

In addition to the team finish, Simpson was awarded the “2015 Community Outreach Award.” Simpson students collected supplies and cash donations for the St. Louis Urban Debate League.
