The talk is part of the Simpson Speaker Series on leadership hosted by the college’s Evening, Weekend & Graduate programs. The event is free, and the public is invited.
Campbell has been a physical education teacher at Norwalk Middle School for 14 years and is also the varsity track coach and co-lead mentor for new faculty. She attributes much of her success to the experiences she had in college. The Iowa Teacher of the Year is sponsored by the Iowa Department of Education.
Refreshments and beverages will be served between 5:30 and 6 p.m., with the talk beginning at 6 p.m.
