The Office of Marketing and Public Relations (OMPR) is responsible for telling the great story of Simpson College to audiences on and off campus.
We do this through words, photographs, videos, graphic designs and computer images. We do this in a variety of ways, from publications and video displays to posters and social media postings.
In short, we promote and communicate Simpson’s mission any way we can. We provide strategic direction and advice for supporting the vision, mission and values of the college.
We are the key point of contact between the college and the news media. We help members of the college community publicize campus events or other accomplishments. The office also maintains the college’s presence on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other social media sites.
OMPR also is responsible for developing and enhancing the Simpson brand and ensuring that the college speaks with one voice and remains consistent in terms of logos and other graphic design elements.
