Staff Applications

Any current Simpson College student can apply to serve on staff at the Youth Academy as a Mentor. The Mentors’ primary responsibility is to walk beside high school participants, challenge them to explore deeper questions related to faith and social justice, and to invite them into discerning and using their gifts to heal their communities.

Applications are due on November 1, 2017.  

The primary time commitment for Mentors is the Summer Residency, where Mentors will live on campus and help facilitate education and service experiences with participants from June 21 – July 1, 2018.
