Simpson Guild

Dear Friends,

Happy birthday to us!

This is the 70th anniversary of the Simpson Guild. Just stop and think about all the good that has been done in those years for Simpson students and the campus. What a great connection!

We are embarking on another fun-filled year, which will include putting a twist on some annual events and adding some new ones. Our goal, as always, is to find some great ways to connect with Simpson, community and friends.

In 2013-2014, the Guild gave total of $24,400 in gifts to the College, the majority of which is used to assist Simpson students with tuition and college expenses.

We have six fun events planned, beginning with our “Meet, Greet and Connect” get-together. Jenne’ Simmons has graciously offered their home to us for this event.

As you know, these events are very important fundraisers for us, along with volunteering at the concessions stand for junior and senior varsity football. We will be asking you to volunteer.

We also support the Holiday Tour of Homes. You will hear more about that later.

Along with helping Simpson, these events are designed to help us connect with each other and with Simpson students. They, after all, are the reason we do what we do.

I am asking for your continued support of the Simpson Guild. Please bring a friend to any event. They do not need Simpson ties to join the Guild.

We have a great connection between Simpson and Indianola. It will continue to grow stronger with your help! Thank you!
