Simpson College seeks an enthusiastic fundraising professional to serve as the Coordinator of Annual Giving Programs. This position is responsible for developing, planning, directing, implementing and assessing all annual giving programs at the College; and is key in the leadership of increasing the base of annual support through expanding the number of alumni, parents and friends who make annual gifts to the college.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree, master’s preferred, and have a minimum of 2 years of progressive, successful fundraising experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate an understanding of managing successful annual giving strategies and be responsible for growing the college’s annual giving clubs. Candidates must have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Occasional evening and weekend work is required as well as over-night travel.
