Certificate Requirements

LEAD 320 / 520 Data-Centered Lead. and Comm. – Make confident, data-driven decisions by applying the data-to-decision pipeline and effectively communicate results. Build strong data visuals, interpret and quantify analysis uncertainty, and lead data-informed discussions for your team.
LEAD 310 /LEAD 510 – Integrating AI & Tech. as a Leader – Assess and analyze the impact of AI and technology on workforce dynamics, communication, and organizational culture in cross-industry leadership.
MAGT 333 / MAGT 533 Organizations & Behavior – Understand the principles and psychology of organizational change, and ways to lead and help teams manage change effectively.
MIS 300 / MIS 500 – Project Management From managing a start up, to risk and procurement, methods taught are suitable for a variety of contexts. You’ll use project management software to get hands-on experience in a business environment.

Qualifying students may earn a prerequisite waiver for MAGT 131 – Management Concepts upon evaluation of your resume and application. If you’ve already developed the foundational knowledge needed for the course, you can accelerate your program.

When can I take classes?

Courses are fully online, asynchronous, and can be taken in any sequence, allowing you to start whenever you’re ready. All classes are offered on an accelerated 8-week course schedule.
