The future needs better leaders. So, whether you’re an emerging or experienced leader, this certificate is designed to help you build skills to lead teams with confidence.

Navigate the ever-changing landscape of technology and adapt to evolving challenges of the workplace through four, thoughtfully sequenced courses. By the end of this program, you’ll learn to distinguish between management and leadership by building skills in collaboration, technology integration, effective communication, project management, and change management skills.

You’ve already gained knowledge on the job, so turn your professional experience into college credit. Qualifying students may earn a prerequisite waiver for MAGT 131 – Management Concepts upon evaluation of your resume and application. If you’ve already developed the foundational knowledge needed for the course, you can accelerate your program.

The program consists of four required courses (see below) that can be completed within a year.

  1. 2026-2027 Tuition: $490/credit hour (includes tech fee and online fee)

Courses are fully online, asynchronous, and can be taken in any sequence, allowing you to start whenever you’re ready. All classes are offered on an accelerated 8-week course schedule.
