Art History

What will I learn?

Gain knowledge of art in the context of a broad array of cultures and historical periods. A minor in Art History enriches and complements a variety of existing majors, particularly the Studio Art major and Graphic Design major, but also any number of other majors including those in History, Religion, English, Theatre and Music.

Examine the art and artifacts created from prehistoric times to the end of the Gothic era, with a primary focus on the art of the Western European world.
