The play tells the story of a man who dares to speak an unprofitable truth.  When Dr. Tomas Stockmann exposes a water pollution scandal stemming from a nearby factory, he, his neighbors, the local media, and elected officials are faced with a difficult choice about the future of their hometown.  Set in 1880's Norway but still very relevant today, Ibsen's explosive play reminds us that we all live downstream.

Mozart's popular masterpiece about the pursuit of wisdom and the triumph of good over evil, has charmed and amused children of all ages sine 1791.  It has provoked a wide range of interpretations among artists and philosophers who continue to be enchanted by its allegorical mixture of magic, ideals of Enlightenment, and  allusions to ancient Egyptian myth.

Doubt entertains and challenges us as it searches for difficult answers. In this suspenseful and powerful drama, Sister Aloysius, a 1960's school principal, takes matters into her own hands when she suspects a young priest of improper relations with one of the male students. Winner of the 2005 Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award.

The Pirates of Penzance by Gilbert and Sullivan

Set sail with a band of tender-hearted pirates, a modern Major-General, a bevy of Victorian maidens, and a bunch of bumbling British bobbies in Gilbert and Sullivan's musical comedy classic. Upon reaching the age of 21, Frederick, who was mistakenly apprenticed as a young boy to a band of pirates, falls head-over-heels for the Major-General's daughter and forswears the buccaneer's life forever. Or so he thinks.
