Minimal out-of-pocket expense

If you are receiving reimbursement from your employer, you have a grace period of up to 45 days after the conclusion of the term to submit the employer’s portion of tuition costs. If your employer reimburses less than 100 percent of the tuition, your portion must be paid within 30 days of the start of term.

  1. Submit copy of the Employer Approval Form and Promissory Note to the Business Office prior to the start of class
  2. Submit payment of student portion within 30 days of the start of term
  3. Notify the Office of Financial Aid if you are receiving any additional financial aid
