Conferences and Special Events
If you need to book a room for a meeting or an event, you’ve come to the right place.
To help facilitate your request, please begin by clicking here to go to SC Connect and fill out the Request a Room form. We also encourage you to look at the Space Availability form on this link which shows all events taking place on our campus every day of the year. You can see if the space you want is available or currently booked.
Once you have filled out and submitted the form, you will first receive a confirmation email that the request was received. Following that, an email will be sent either confirming or denying your request based on room availability.
