Presidential historian Douglas Brinkley, Katherine Tsanoff Brown Chair in Humanities and professor of history at Rice University, delivers the 15th Annual Culver Lecture at Simpson College. Brinkley is the author of 24 books on American history and the presidency. He appears regularly as a history commentator for CNN and is a contributing editor to the magazine Vanity Fair.
