Biography
Nicolas W. Proctor grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas. He is now the Anna D. Hunt Distinguished Professor of History at Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa. He is the Executive Director of the Reacting Consortium, which develops games for use in the classroom. He lives in Des Moines, Iowa, with his family, a fluffy cat, a print shop, a vast garden, lots of books, and too many Legos.
