Doft Science Honor Awards
Floyd S. Doft was a 1921 graduate of Simpson College who later earned a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from Yale University. He taught chemistry at both Yale and Harvard University and enjoyed a distinguished career in the field of nutrition. In his honor, the Doft scholarships recognize those students who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in the natural sciences.
