Internship Wage Assistance (IWA)
Friends of Simpson College have gifted funds to provide wage assistance for internship positions which would otherwise be unpaid. If students are awarded wage assistance, they will be paid $12/hr (pre-tax) through Simpson’s payroll for up to 120 hours. Wage assistance is for the fall semester (August-December), spring semester (January-April), and Summer term (May-August). The start and end dates for each term correspond to the start and end dates of the academic calendar.
