Simpson College offers various benefits to all full-time employees. These include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, supplemental, and pet insurance.

Please note: Insurance benefits may be changed at the time of policy renewal that will not necessarily coincide with the issuance of employee contracts. Existing insurance plans may be modified or terminated as deemed necessary by the College.
