June 20, 2023When Simpson Computer Science Professor Mark Brodie suffered a stroke in 2019, he couldn't imagine that it would spark one of his most important coding projects. Inspired by what he learned during his rehabilitation process, Brodie and his wife, Carolyn — also a Simpson computer science faculty member — partnered to create an app to help other stroke survivors.
