March to End the Isms
Simpson staff, faculty and students came together Thursday to take part in the March to End the “Isms.” The event brought awareness to societal issues surrounding various ‘isms’ such as racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, classism and size-ism.
Prior to the march across Simpson’s campus and around Indianola’s square, poet, activist, and spoken word artist Caleb Rainey delivered an inspiring message highlighting the significance of the march.
Simpson College is proud to host this meaningful event and thanks the Office for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Simpson College Religious Life Community (RLC), Carver Fellows and the Culver Public Policy Center for their hard work in making it happen.
