Simpson Online Launches Three New Programs

Simpson College is adding two majors and one minor to their online programs. Simpson Online will offer majors in global management and interactive media, along with a minor in human resources, beginning this fall.
“Both of these new programs offer students important skills that will set them apart in the job market, said Spencer Waugh, associate dean for Simpson Online. “Whether a student wishes to sharpen their technology skills or show their global savvy and competitiveness, we have a degree program to make them market ready.”
Simpson Online’s global management major explores a comprehensive business curriculum that focuses strongly on management and introduces the elements of global education. The interactive media major offers a foundation in computer programming and web development combined with graphic design and communication studies.
The human resources minor examines human resources management, workplace economics, and communication skills. The minor is often paired with majors in business or human services.
“Simpson Online programs are uniquely designed with working professionals in mind — including the flexibility of six start times a year,” said Waugh. “Our programs are distinguished by highly individualized attention from accomplished faculty and exceptional support provided by academic and careers advisors.”
With the new additions, Simpson Online now boasts 16 bachelor’s, master’s and certificate programs. For more information about Simpson Online, including program details and how to apply, please visit Simpson.edu/simpson-online.
