Speech & Debate Takes Second at Christmas Classic

Simpson’s Speech and Debate team earned second place in the overall sweepstakes at the Cameron University Christmas Classic Swing Tournament held Dec. 6-8. Texas Southern University took overall honors in the nine-team event, while Simpson finished first in the debate sweepstakes.

Simpson’s many outstanding individual performances at the Cameron event included the following:
