Sports Communication major and minor
Sports Communication is an interdepartmental program with the Department of Multimedia Communication and the Department of Sport Science & Health Education.
Do you see yourself making the call during Game 7 of the World Series, choosing the camera angle for the winning touchdown at the Super Bowl, or working in the offices of a professional sports team?
In sports communication, you will learn diverse presentation and critical thinking skills in journalism, public relations, sports marketing, and management and gain a strong foundation in the relationship of sports and athletics to the worlds of media and communication.
