Business Analytics minor

This is a minor course of study in which students will learn the basics of accounting and statistics. They will collect data from various sources, use that information to identify patterns, and help businesses predict consumer and production trends.

Students begin by visualizing and describing data to gain insight into various current and relevant business issues. They then use statistics and economic modeling to uncover potential solutions. Finally, they build forecasting models and make recommendations based on their findings.
