All Simpson teacher education students seeking elementary certification complete a dual major: Professional Studies for Elementary Education Major and Liberal Arts for Elementary Education Major.

This enhances your preparation for the many content areas represented in the K-6 curriculum and makes you very marketable.

Simpson’s elementary teacher education program will teach you how to turn your love of young children into a rewarding career. Along with the knowledge you’ll gain in the classroom, you will be trained in a teacher’s ethical expectations and responsibilities while developing essential critical-thinking skills.
