Education Studies majors are encouraged to double major in another discipline. They will work with an education advisor to tailor the Education Studies major to their unique interests.

The Culture, Context, and Policy Concentration is a non-licensure degree for those who desire to work or move into non-teaching education-related fields, including educational law, educational policy, social work, non-profit organizations, journalism, counseling, school psychology, school social work, educational publishing, leadership development, and business or ministerial-related teaching. This concentration is also for those students interested in establishing a foundation in education before attending graduate school.
