Simpson College offers workforce partnerships with businesses and organizations to provide greater access to degree and certificate programs for working professionals. Partnerships are no cost, and employees of workforce partners receive 20% off tuition for Simpson Online degree and certificate programs.

Employees of participating companies and organizations are eligible to receive a tuition discount of 20 percent for Simpson Online and Graduate Studies degree programs.

Partnership Agreement Details

The discount offered under these agreements applies to degree programs and certificates offered by Simpson College, subject to program availability and eligibility requirements. Employees must meet the admission criteria and enrollment requirements established by Simpson College for each respective program. In the event an employee of the company leaves the employ of the company before completing the program or courses, the employee will lose the discount for the remainder of the program or on future courses.

Company will designate a liaison or contact person to facilitate communication and coordination between Simpson College and its employees regarding the enrollment process and eligibility for the tuition discount.

Employees seeking to enroll in a degree program must follow the standard admission and enrollment procedures established by Simpson College, including submission of application materials and completion of any required admissions assessments.

Simpson College and company agree to collaborate on promoting the availability of the tuition discount to eligible employees, and company shall be provided the opportunity to review and approve said collaborative promotional materials. This may include joint marketing efforts, informational sessions and other promotional activities as mutually agreed upon by both parties. Company will retain full discretion over the type and frequency of promotional activities it engages in related to the tuition discount.
