The Office of Human Resources is responsible for organizing, directing and evaluating programs related to the recruitment, development, retention, and retirement of employees while complying with applicable governmental regulations.

Resumes, cover letter, and references, as well as any other additional documents, can be sent electronically as Microsoft Word documents to Simpson College Human Resources. Application Form can be downloaded and submitted for application to non-exempt positions.
