Taking an active role in all aspects of a research project is, in general, a rare opportunity for undergraduates, especially at a small college. But not at Simpson. We think an inquisitive and interactive learning environment leads to landing on solutions sooner, turning theory into practice smarter, and transforming students into scholars better.

  • Start early

    Participate in undergraduate research as part of your coursework or by helping on research projects outside the classroom as early as your first year. Plus, more than 20 students are paid to participate in undergraduate research during the summer.
