GUIDELINES FOR ALUMNI SPONSORS:
Your organization would ideally:
- Host one intern per year (fall, spring, May Term, or summer)
- Provide a site mentor (you or a fellow alumni colleague) to provide valuable feedback and guidance so our students continue to grow and learn
- Pay your intern an hourly wage or stipend
- Include your intern in the workplace so they feel part of the organization and have the opportunity to gain professional skills
