Office of Marketing and Strategic Communication

The Office of Marketing and Strategic Communication is responsible for telling the story of Simpson College to audiences on- and off-campus.

We do this through words, photographs, videos, graphic designs and digital images. And in a variety of ways, from publications and video displays to posters and social media postings.

In short, we promote and communicate Simpson’s mission in any way we can to as many stakeholders as possible. We provide strategic direction and advice for supporting the vision, mission and values of the College.

We are the key point of contact between the College and the news media. We help members of the College community publicize campus events or other accomplishments. The office also maintains the College’s presence on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other social media sites.

OMSC also is responsible for developing and enhancing the Simpson brand and ensuring that the college speaks with one voice and remains consistent in terms of its wordmarks and other design elements.
