- Give or send completed form to the the Center for Academic Resources, Dunn 101.
Students who are entitled to audio e-book PDFs must give this information to the Student Accessibility Coordinator as soon as they receive the titles for their courses. Book titles will be converted to PDF and audio format in the order in which the information is received. Expect a minimum two week turn around period.
We want to ensure that you have your materials in a timely manner. In order to do this, we must obtain information listed on the alternative text format form at least two weeks prior to the class. Converting print materials is both labor and time intensive.
