CNC nominates candidates for elections to faculty committees. In addition, any changes in the constitution or by-laws must be submitted to CNC. All proposals that are approved by CNC are then voted upon by the full faculty at a monthly faculty meeting.
Membership:
One faculty member from each division with staggered terms. Every member must have at least two years of service as a faculty member at Simpson College.
